Stand Alone Lessons - Every other week a new teaching lesson is delivered. Each lesson is recorded and available on an online portal for lifetime access along with the worksheets and action items for each lesson. Each participant will have their own unique, individual access to the online learning portal.


Group Coaching - During the monthly Group Coaching Thinking Partner Q&A call, participants can ask questions about any of the lessons so they can begin applying what they are learning directly to their challenges and their learning objectives or any other challenges they may want help with.


Language Drives Culture - receive a Leadership Quote delivered to your inbox every week for you to use as the focus of the week or to begin a short discussion with your teams in your weekly meetings.
